LEADTESTER



Job Title: Salesforce Test Lead

We are looking for a Salesforce Test Lead to join our client's growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Salesforce testing, with a strong understanding of Provar and Agile methodologies. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of Salesforce projects and deliverables, as well as leading the testing efforts for the Salesforce projects.

Responsibilities:
- Work with the development team to ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Document and report test results, defects, and issues
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide feedback on testing efforts
- Provide leadership and guidance to the testing team
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce testing tools and methodologies

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce testing
- Good knowledge of Provar
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder facing skills
- Experience with test automation tools such as Provar or Selenium
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of developers and other stakeholders
- Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus
