Salesforce Functional Consultant (Field Service) - 60-80k

A Salesforce platinum partner are looking for a Salesforce Functional Consultant with strong experience in Filed Service.



Role & Responsibilities
  • Working closely with some of the worlds largest clients to understand and deliver on their complex business needs.
  • You'll be a workshop facilitator, top communicator and mediator between client and consultants making sure requirements are met and solutions put in place.
  • Add value to projects, using your specialist knowledge to suggest features that meet business needs for clients.
  • Our clients will look to you as the Salesforce Field Service functional expert expecting you to exceed their expectations and maximise investment from the Salesforce platform, you'll have an enquiring mind to solve our clients most complex business challenges.
  • Our functional consultants spend significant time face to face with our clients so we'll help to develop your professional communication. presentation and design thinking capabilities.



Skills & Qualifications
  • Certified Salesforce Admin (ADM201), Service Cloud Consultant and/or Field Service
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Good experience of Field Service functional consultancy and/or business analysis experience, covering one core Salesforce cloud
  • Experience working on large complex end user or client projects (100's of users)
  • Proven experience taking highly conceptual business needs and translating these into clear user stories, managing the product backlog and assisting the client with testing and product demonstrations.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, issues, concepts and solutions to clients and executive project stakeholders in a jargon free and easy to understand way
  • Experience working with 3rd party delivery partners and AppExchange vendors is a plus e.g. Mulesoft, Apptus, etc.
