Salesforce Support Administrator and Data Analyst

The role

To maintain and improve the quality of our Salesforce data and support the business with Salesforce related queries and configuration requests, with a particular focus on Reporting standardisation and improvements.



To support any customer-facing integrations such as Sales Solution Module with project related activities such as data migration as well as business as usual operational support.



To support any QA testing activities related to process and functionality changes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve Salesforce data quality in order that it can be used effectively for business benefit
  • Report on agreed data KPIs as required to senior management showing data quality and use
  • Support data standardisation and cleansing project across group database
  • Understand the relationships between Salesforce data and data in our other Business Systems applications
  • Provide support on Reporting improvements and standardisation across the Group and across the functional areas using Salesforce
  • Process Salesforce administration support cases in relation to customer facing solutions and Salesforce reporting as assigned in a timely and courteous manner and provide our colleagues with the same level of service that we offer our customers
  • Support Salesforce data migration and platform integration activities
  • Process data imports and analyses in Salesforce sandbox environments
  • Support any QA testing activities in relation to Salesforce and integrated systems for any changes and projects, including extensive regression testing
  • To provide day to day administrative support to all end users to ensure they are able to use Salesforce and FinancialForce efficiently, when required as a back up to the Salesforce Administrator
  • To ensure all processes are documented and kept up to date ensuring where relevant team members can see how processes have been put together


Skills, Qualifications and Experience
  • Required
    • Data Manipulation expert
    • Highly proficient in MS Excel
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in end user training and process documentation
    • A proven problem solver
  • Nice to have
    • Salesforce Certification (preferred but Qualification by Experience acceptable)
    • QA testing experience advantageous
    • FinancialForce experience advantageous
