Role & Responsibilities
- Understanding end-user requirements and translating these into precise business and functional specifications
- Work with key partners and senior management to develop an agreed road map of change and initiatives
- Liaising between departments on developing long terms strategies and improvements
Skills & Qualification
- Previous experience with the Salesforce.com platform would be a definite advantage.
- Degree, preferably in an IT-related subject area, or an equivalent combination of specialised training.
- Understanding business processes spanning sales, customer on-boarding, sales forecasting, tenders, quotations and account structures for B2B & B2C models.
