Job Description
Our client in the marketing research business is looking for a Salesforce Senior Administrator. The client provides insights and analytics to help businesses understand their consumer's needs and how to target them.
Role & Responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact for all things Salesforce. Inclusive of budget, systems integration's, and platform management
- Analyse existing processes, fields and layouts and configure changes in line with Salesforce best practices when necessary
- Work with stakeholders to scope and deliver key projects in line with business requirements, budget and timelines
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience working across multiple Salesforce Clouds; particularly Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing)
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and object model, with the ability to build custom apps, objects, fields, and processes
- Ability to understand and improve existing Salesforce automation and processes with a proven ability to implement advanced flows, process builders, validation rules, pick lists, look up fields, master-detail relationships, and formula fields
