
Job Description
The client is carbon-neutral and provides businesses with vehicles for Staff. They are a rapidly growing car benefit provider, particularly in electric vehicles. The client has traditionally had a strong public sector customer base which over the last two years has seen dramatic growth in leading blue chip corporate businesses wanting to improve their green credentials.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support projects that implement and deliver enhanced Salesforce functionality
- Collation and documentation of new and evolving Sales, Marketing and Service processes, policies, and procedures within Salesforce
- Develop, analyse and optimise the processes and workflows within Salesforce. Understanding the root cause of users' problems and automating repetitive tasks
- Develop, analyse and optimise SLA and case reporting within Salesforce to create efficiencies and inform business decisions
Skills & Qualifications
- Experienced and certified as a Salesforce Administrator for a minimum of 3 years
- Ideally experienced in implementing either Salesforce Analytics or Communities / Experience CRM Experienced in understanding and defining user requirements
