Salesforce Developer/Administrator


Sr. Salesforce Admin/Developer - Florida - $130k - 100% Remote/Any Time Zone

As the lead developer on the team, you will be expected to combine admin skills with developer and troubleshooting skills such as design, code, test and implement new Salesforce software applications to meet project objectives and support new or expanding business objectives.

  • Salesforce integration experience
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • APEX
  • Experience with Commerce Cloud, Sales & Service Cloud
  • Experience working in a B2B/B2C lighting environment is a MUST
  • Agile - Scrum / Kanban
  • ServiceNow
  • MS SQL Server
  • Platform App Builder Certification or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Platform Developer I Certification or equivalent hands-on experience

  • Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration
  • Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
  • Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data
  • Maintaining the cloud apps, as well as building custom reports and dashboards
  • Work with programmers and designers on back end functionality and interfaces
  • Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing
  • Interact directly with clients, managers and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions with internal Salesforce instances
  • Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support
  • Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables
  • Implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
  • Communicate with project managers, clients and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
