Job Overview:

As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions that meet our clients' business needs. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to understand their requirements and develop scalable, reliable, and efficient solutions. You will also provide technical leadership and mentorship to our developers.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions that meet their needs.
• Design and implement scalable, reliable, and efficient Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Develop technical architecture and design documents that guide the development team in building solutions that meet business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers on the team.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce technologies and provide recommendations to clients and internal teams on best practices and new features.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Certified Salesforce Technical Architect or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and integration with external systems.
• Experience leading technical teams and providing mentorship.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
