My client, a leading provider within mobile communications across Europe, specialising in CPaaS are looking for a Technical Lead to play a crucial role in their Salesforce journey.
As the Salesforce Technical Lead, you will become an integral part of the Business and IT departments to ensure cohesive communication between the wider business as you ensure the Salesforce Org best supports the business needs, is maintainable and has a promising roadmap which aligns with all departments within this European company as we begin to expand on a global scale.
Defining and driving the platforms architectural best practices, guardrails and design patterns ensuring it is scalable, maintainable & fit for future.
Rollout of Salesforce to new markets
Leading the design and delivery of solutions on the salesforce platform ensuring they align with our best practices for both internal team and external vendor
Help grow future talent by coaching and providing development opportunities
Inputs into platform roadmap reviews and assessments
Proactively identify and resolve problems
Stay abreast of industry technology innovations, new business practices, and third-party technology solutions
Collaborates and communicates with the functional stakeholders in various business groups and IT.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Experience with managing application design, development, and governance processes of enterprise platforms in a complex architecture
Extensive knowledge of Salesforce's core clouds, covering at least Sales and Service Cloud
Experience in the complete life cycle of project development including release management, testing and deployment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
