Salesforce Technical Architect - Oslo (Hospitality)

We are in search of a talented Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team and drive the evolution of our Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Marketing Cloud.

Role Overview: As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and innovative solutions that align with our business objectives. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, from business stakeholders to developers, to ensure that our Salesforce ecosystem is optimised for performance, security, and future growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design and development of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Marketing Cloud, to meet business requirements and enhance user experiences.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and translate their needs into technical solutions, considering best practices, scalability, and system integrations.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding them in implementing complex features and ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
• Evaluate and recommend the adoption of new Salesforce technologies and features that align with our business goals and enhance system functionality.
• Perform code reviews, identify areas for optimisation, and ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Lead the resolution of technical challenges, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, with a track record of designing and implementing successful Salesforce solutions.
• Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect, System Architect, or Application Architect are highly desired.
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Marketing Cloud, including configuration, customisation, and integration.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical, to convey complex concepts to various stakeholders.
