We are working with one of Norway's most reputable schools in their search for a Salesforce Developer to join their inhouse team. Our set up currently consists of; Education Cloud, Sales and Service, Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud, with more in the pipeline depending on your recommendations.

Role:

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be a key player in our university's digital transformation journey. Your expertise in Salesforce development will help us optimise processes, create seamless user experiences, and enable innovative solutions that empower our students, faculty, and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, and translate them into effective technical solutions within Salesforce Education Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Develop, customise, and maintain Salesforce applications, ensuring they align with best practices and university standards.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems to create holistic solutions that enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including administrators, business analysts, and end-users, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, optimise performance, and ensure code quality and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, working with internal teams and Salesforce support when necessary.
• Stay updated with Salesforce updates, new features, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree is essential.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a track record of successful implementation and customisation.
• Salesforce certifications are highly desired.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools, along with experience with flows and config.
• Experience with as many of the following is an advantage: Salesforce Education Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and integrations.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
