Role Overview: As the Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation journey. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into comprehensive Salesforce solutions across Education Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Lead the architecture and design of complex solutions that align with best practices and university standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend the adoption of new Salesforce technologies and features that drive innovation and address evolving business needs.
• Oversee integration efforts to ensure seamless connectivity between Salesforce and other university systems.
• Participate in solution reviews, code reviews, and performance optimisation initiatives.
• Collaborate with business analysts and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is essential.
• Extensive experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful solutions.
• Salesforce certifications are highly desired.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Education Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong technical expertise in Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
