My client is a boutique creative digital agency built on good relationships, who deliver exceptional communication solutions using innovative marketing technologies. They are looking to to hire a CRM Consultant to work closely with their clients. The client are a small, family oriented digital agency that work in a open environment. They have an emphasis on personality and don't restrict employees to specific roles but value input and autonomy. Your role can be very much so defined by yourself. They have a strong focus on development and growth and work in a overall organisation that They work with a variety of high profile clients and well known house hold names in Denmark on marketing projects you will be apart of.


Role & Responsibilities

• Undertake business impact assessments to highlight process changes
• Gather and document functional requirements
• Provide functional consultancy on Salesforce features aligned to customer's business needs
• Comfortable in running workshop sessions with customer personnel who range from Exec to Operational level
• Carry out Salesforce configuration in line with requirements
• Perform Quality Assurance checks for Salesforce Implementations
• Improve, develop and share best practices with team members
• Evolve methods & tools to increase delivery efficiency
• Work closely with Support and Product Teams

Skills & Qualifications

• Salesforce Certifications are not required but are a plus
• Experience working in a consultancy environment
• Clear and concise written and spoken English - Danish is a plus
• Able to delegate and coordinate with offshore technical teams and internal support
