Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop the customer journey and experience, and continuously offer the client top quality assistance.
  • Configuration & customisation and developing on CRM platform.
  • Initiate and participate in conversations within the market and with product owners.
  • Arrange sprints and lead workshops with pertinent markets.
  • Analyze and assess as the project develops in order to raise standards and keep delivering a fantastic user and customer experience.


Qualifications:
  • Sales, Service or Marketing Cloud experience (Essential)
  • Fluent in English (Essential)
  • APEX / JAVA / .NET / Experience from programming (Essential)
  • API Integration (Desirable)
  • Scandinavian Speaking (Desirable)
