Senior Salesforce Manager - London - Hybrid

I'm currently working with a well regarded events management business who are looking for somebody to take control of their Salesforce platform. A great opportunity for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to take the next step in their career and be champion of the org. This position will require you to be in their London office 3 times a week.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Carry out the implementation of Salesforce activity, ensuring coordination with key stakeholders across various teams
  • Best practices: Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write/maintain test classes for all custom development
  • Custodian of Salesforce roadmap ensuring the platform continues to evolve
  • Champion and deliver a consistent approach across Salesforce through planning between functions
  • Specify, communicate, and measure against key Salesforce KPIs to drive improvements across performance
  • Create, enhance, and maintain automations using flows and process builder
  • Oversees Implementation of best practices around user account, and security of Salesforce platform
  • Line management of the Junior Salesforce Administrator, ensuring knowledge and enthusiasm continues to grow with the team
  • Responsible for the overall maintenance and administration of our Production Org, sandboxes, and backups
  • Prepare for any upgrades to Salesforce to ensure compatibility with existing configurations Manage the deployment of any upgrades to Salesforce to ensure compatibility with existing configurations
  • Responsible for third party consultancy ensuring full commitment towards development best practices

Skills & Qualifications
  • A quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, detail oriented and analytical
  • A proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements and bringing existing code into best practices
  • 3+ years exposure to administrating Salesforce
  • Knowledge of SOQL and Apex code
  • Proficient with Microsoft Visual Studio, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and the Salesforce development lifecycle Exposure to Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud in Lightning, and Enterprise Edition
  • Exposure to Marketing Platform such as Pardot or Marketing Cloud is a plus
  • Managing the platform with the ability to build custom objects, fields, workflows, process builders, and complex reports
  • Exposure to the setup and maintenance of Salesforce integrations
