Mason Frank are partnered with and End User in the Medical sector who have put a lot of investment into their Salesforce platform. They are now looking to add a Senior Developer on an initial 12 month FTC, which is highly likely to go permanent.

Role & Responsibilities

• Engage directly with Salesforce and leverage premier support
• To take a lead in all aspects of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Deliver customer-centric frameworks to allow all stakeholders to be involved in the customer journey
• Establish best practices for Salesforce development, review the team's development practice against the standards, architectures, and design
• Document new systems or processes developed and ensure this is communicated to all relevant parties
• Development and customisation of CRM platform to increase productivity of cross-functional teams and analysts

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on development experience on Salesforce
• CRM Analytics/Tableau experience
• Understanding of data sharing and visibility and how they impact platform architecture
• Salesforce certified, Ideally Platform Developer 1 and one more certificate
• Customisation and Configuration
• Proficiency with Apex LWC, Visualforce
• Proficiency with data modelling and visualisation
• Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Pardot
