I am working with this client to build out their Salesforce team! My client is a social enterprise who seeks to level the playing field within South Africa by providing digital learning opportunities to high school-aged children, especially those from underprivileged communities.

This client is undergoing a Salesforce implementation and is looking for an Administrator to join their team.


Role & Responsibilities

• Salesforce user and license management.
• Dealing with user support tickets.
• Execute configuration changes.
• Creation of end-user training materials.
• User maintenance.

Skills & Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Administrator.
• Excellent interpersonal qualities.
• Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes.
• A history of Salesforce project completion.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform.
• Two years of experience in Salesforce.
