Job Description

My client are a reputable and well-established executive search firm. They are seeking an experienced Saleforce BA to join their growing team!

Role & Responsibilities
  • Working with the wider IT Team supporting Business Architecture Definition & Analysis
  • Working closely with the product manager to identify new capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Managing the business requirements gathering and traceability processes
  • Working with business users, completing requirements elicitation & management and translate their URS (user requirements) into FRS (functional spec) documents and Acceptance Criteria

Skills & Qualifications
  • 2-3 years' Salesforce BA experience
  • Good configuration knowledge
  • Experience gathering and analysing client requirements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
