CRM Trainer Opportunity - up to 50k (depending on experience) - Hybrid based (London)

Key responsibilities:
  • Editing and creating training materials.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather training needs and create training solutions.
  • Providing feedback to the management team members in regards to their team's abilities with the CRM.
  • Providing support to new employees.
  • Ensuring that IT are aware of future strategies that may require enhancements to the CRM.




Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical employees.
  • Excellent communication skills (across different languages is desired).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage workload.
  • Previous experience creating training materials.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and WalkMe platforms.
