My client are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join their Learning & Development team. This position offers you the chance to work as a CRM Trainer with high visibility and significant customer impact across the European business.
You will be working with a range of stakeholders and will be given the opportunity to travel across Europe (fully-expensed!)
Role & Responsibilities
Edit and create new training materials to be in line with new business initiatives and strategies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to listen and analyze training needs and create relevant training solutions.
Providing regular feedback to all levels of management in regards to their team's current ability with the CRM.
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Exposure to Salesforce
Experience creating training materials such as trainer guides, job aides and various handouts
