Job Description

My client are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join their Learning & Development team. This position offers you the chance to work as a CRM Trainer with high visibility and significant customer impact across the European business.

You will be working with a range of stakeholders and will be given the opportunity to travel across Europe (fully-expensed!)

Role & Responsibilities
  • Edit and create new training materials to be in line with new business initiatives and strategies.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to listen and analyze training needs and create relevant training solutions.
  • Providing regular feedback to all levels of management in regards to their team's current ability with the CRM.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Exposure to Salesforce
  • Experience creating training materials such as trainer guides, job aides and various handouts

  • Chance to progress within a global reaching business
