Our client relies heavily on Salesforce. They are seeking an experienced Salesforce administrator who is able to provide solutions and improvements for current and future processes.

The candidate must have Servicecloud experience and have the right to work in the UK.

Our clients CRM system is ever evolving and expending into new contact channels.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Carry out implementations of CRM activity.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders in various teams
  • Enhance, Maintain and create automation using flows and process building.
  • Provide support for any CRM user.
  • Trouble shooting operational issues and resolve the and fix the root cause of the problem.
  • Setup and run report dashboards.
  • Work closely with the Transformation manager to implement changes tot he Service cloud system.



Skills & Qualifications
  • 3 - 5 years salesforce experience
  • Must have service cloud experience
  • Strong communications
