Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Description

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be working on multiple delivery areas within the business including Technology, Finance, HR, Payroll, and Training. Ideal candidates will have previous experience leading a team and working as a BA or Senior BA in a Salesforce environment.


Role & Responsibilities

• Drive the analysis, identification, and process improvement across the team
• Gathering business requirements from internal/external stakeholders
• Process improvement to meet business requirements
• Assist with validating and testing system integrations

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Salesforce Business Analyst
• Experience dealing with stakeholders of various levels
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience leading a team of Business Analysts
