Job Description

My client is a Global Strategic Salesforce partner in London with an excellent reputation in the ecosystem. They are currently hiring Salesforce professionals to join their managed service team.


Role & Responsibilities

Working as part of the managed services team you will cover a comprehensive set of activities that include:
  • general administration
  • user management
  • customization
  • process automation
  • reporting
  • analytics
  • ensuring optimum performance of the platform



Skills & Qualifications
  • Confident in managing ongoing communication with clients
  • Experience working as a Salesforce professional (ideally from a Salesforce partner background although not required)
  • Experience working with Sales & Service Cloud (other cloud experience e.g. Mulesoft, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, FSL, etc is a bonus)
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, etc)
