My client is a Global Strategic Salesforce partner in London with an excellent reputation in the ecosystem. They are currently hiring Salesforce professionals to join their managed service team.
Role & Responsibilities
Working as part of the managed services team you will cover a comprehensive set of activities that include:
- general administration
- user management
- customization
- process automation
- reporting
- analytics
- ensuring optimum performance of the platform
Skills & Qualifications
- Confident in managing ongoing communication with clients
- Experience working as a Salesforce professional (ideally from a Salesforce partner background although not required)
- Experience working with Sales & Service Cloud (other cloud experience e.g. Mulesoft, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, FSL, etc is a bonus)
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, etc)
