Job Description

Our client is a global leader in IT recruitment that is strategically partnered with organizations such as Salesforce. They are looking for a strong Salesforce Business Analyst with experience creating reports, documentation, and User stories and experience managing stakeholders. Our client uses a heavily customized Salesforce platform that is a core part of the business.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Interviewing stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities
  • Support the development team in user story creation, refinement, and story-pointing
  • Facilitation of workshops and running user group sessions to prioritize and schedule work
  • Manage and communicate deadlines

Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven track record working as a Business Analyst and working with Salesforce
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification
  • Stakeholder management experience (internal and external)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Hybrid working flexibility (2 days/ week in the London office)
