
Job Description
Our client is a global leader in IT recruitment that is strategically partnered with organizations such as Salesforce. They are looking for a strong Salesforce Business Analyst with experience creating reports, documentation, and User stories and experience managing stakeholders. Our client uses a heavily customized Salesforce platform that is a core part of the business.
Role & Responsibilities
- Interviewing stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities
- Support the development team in user story creation, refinement, and story-pointing
- Facilitation of workshops and running user group sessions to prioritize and schedule work
- Manage and communicate deadlines
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record working as a Business Analyst and working with Salesforce
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification
- Stakeholder management experience (internal and external)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
