Salesforce Solutions Engineering Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the solutions engineering Salesforce & Integration offerings across the UK business units
• Manage and lead a team of engineers including onshore and offshore development resources
• Work closely with product managers to create roadmaps
• Promote a culture of agile product delivery that aligns with our clients frameworks and DevOps and quality engineering principles

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and coaching high-performance solution/software engineering teams
• Thorough knowledge of Salesforce platform and products and experience implementing at enterprise scale
• Excellent data-driven decision making
