Our client is looking to hire a strong business analyst to join their growing Salesforce team and work across the business to deliver sustainable technology and automation improvements. The Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding how changes to processes, products, services, software, and hardware can improve efficiency and add value to the business.
Role & Responsibilities
Understanding of business processes including Sales, Pricing, Operations, Administration, Purchasing, Finance, etc.
Understand current and future business needs and ensure that these are addressed through the design and delivery of IT Solutions.
Provide guidance on the best practice design standards and ensure that the functional design meets the documented business needs.
Lead decisions on customizations and proposed system changes.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Able to provide technical guidance and instruction to users on the use of computer technologies.
Good knowledge of various programming technologies, languages, concepts, and techniques.
