Salesforce Technical Consultant

Job Description

Our client is a leading independent Salesforce Consultant that is looking to hire a competent Salesforce Consultant to join their growing London team.

Role & Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between the business problems and technical solutions, helping build and deliver solutions using the Salesforce system
• Assist with the configuration and customization of the different Salesforce offerings (including Service, Sales, and Marketing Cloud)
• Work on configuration documentation and preparation of training materials

Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using and implementing Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud)
• Good understanding of the end to end capabilities and limitations of Salesforce
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator and Sales/Service Cloud Certifications preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communications skills and experience dealing with stakeholders
