Job Description

Our client is a growing consultancy/software organization that is looking to hire a Lead Salesforce Developer as one of the first key hires for an internal Development team they are creating. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a well-respected, growing consultancy organization and progress in your career to a management position.


Role & Responsibilities

• Utilize your extensive knowledge and experience of Salesforce to act as the Technical expert for the Salesforce platform
• Responsible for managing and mentoring Junior members of the development team
• Develop end-to-end solutions using custom development (Apex, triggers, classes, LWC, API, etc)
• Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools (Flow)

Skills & Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as the Platform App Builder, Platform Developer 1 & 2, Advanced Administrator, or Service Cloud Consultant are preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Development and integrations
• Preferably previous experience leading a Salesforce Development team (or the desire to move into a leadership role)
