Job Description

Our client is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator to join their Business Systems team and help streamline business processes and improve efficiency in Salesforce and related applications through analyzing requirements, managing and delivering and delivering changes, and supporting Salesforce projects.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Documenting user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions
  • Analysis of user requirements within Salesforce Lightning and other integrated applications
  • Managing change requests in Salesforce through JIRA
  • Perform day-day configuration and maintenance support of the Salesforce Lightning database
  • Setting up and maintaining workflows, process builders, fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards

Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong previous experience working as a Salesforce Business Analyst and Salesforce Administrator
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in end-user training and process documentation
