Salesforce Administrator (FSL)


Role & Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for all aspects of Salesforce System Administration
  • Develop training materials and provide training support for all platform users
  • Responsible for all aspects of data management
  • Prepare for Salesforce system upgrades and new releases

Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-5 years experience working as a Salesforce Administrator (including experience/exposure to Field Service Lightning)
  • Hands-on experience with Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, Lightning Components, etc
  • Salesforce Certifications are preferred (Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Field Service Lightning (FSL) Certification)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business owners & managers
