Role & Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for all aspects of Salesforce System Administration
- Develop training materials and provide training support for all platform users
- Responsible for all aspects of data management
- Prepare for Salesforce system upgrades and new releases
Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience working as a Salesforce Administrator (including experience/exposure to Field Service Lightning)
- Hands-on experience with Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, Lightning Components, etc
- Salesforce Certifications are preferred (Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Field Service Lightning (FSL) Certification)
- Ability to communicate effectively with business owners & managers
