Job Description

Our client is a successful Talent software solutions and recruitment organization that has gone from strength to strength over the last year. They are looking for a standalone Salesforce Administrator to join their business and configure their org.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Manage the CPQ module including products, price books, quote builders, and revenue recognition workflows
  • Lead case management across the business
  • Provide reporting and dashboards across stakeholders including Sales, Finance, and Customer Service
  • Configuration of changes to the system including workflows, formula fields, customization of object, field, trigger, page layout, and validations
  • Working with Sales Operations Manager and Sales Trainer to develop best practice

Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills as this role involves working closely with senior leaders in the business
  • Previous experience with CPQ is highly recommended although our client understands this is a niche skill so will consider strong profiles without it that are willing to learn
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills in order to manage day-to-day case management
