Our client is a significant organization in the Global education sector with over 16,000 academic institutions, publishers, and corporations using their services. They are currently looking to hire a Salesforce Administrator to join their growing team to help manage their Salesforce platform. This is a great opportunity to get involved with a growing, successful organization and gain exposure to the latest clouds.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Day to day user support
  • Managing and fixing bugs for Salesforce, integrated apps, and other Sales, Marketing, and Finance systems
  • Work efficiently to resolve Jira tickets
  • Responsible for supporting user management, bugs, data fixes, and general user help and support

Skills & Qualifications
  • Salesforce Administration technical knowledge and capability
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred

  • Full remote working flexibility
  • Exposure to other Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, and CPQ)
