Role & Responsibilities
- Experience working as a Salesforce Administrator with Experience Cloud.
- Strong experience using Automation tools (Flows, Process Builder etc)
- Creating documentation that reflect business needs and intended solutions
- Work on small-medium sized Salesforce projects within agreed timelines
Skills & Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively or individually
