Job Description

My client is a well-established global organization in the manufacturing and marketing of power tools. They are a successful, growing organization and Salesforce is a key part of the organization. My client is looking to hire a Salesforce professional with extensive Service Cloud experience to join their team.


Role & Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for delivering complex Service Cloud projects from strategy, design, and configuration through to integration, testing, and deployment to support the overall business transformation strategy and roadmap
• You will identify, develop and deploy new business processes to get the best of Salesforce Service Cloud
• You will capture business requirements and transform them into user stories/technical specifications
• You will provide technical expertise in configuring, testing, deploying, and documenting applications

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong previous experience working as a Salesforce professional (including experience working with Service Cloud)
• Hands-on configuration experience
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform App Builder & Service Cloud consultant certs are highly preferred
