Job Description

Our client is a growing End User organization that operates in the acquisition and loyalty sector. Based in the heart of Manchester our client is a well-known organization that is looking to grow its team.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop and continuously improve multiple delivery teams enabling them to deliver business outcomes whilst instilling and growing a collaborative, innovative culture
  • You will be responsible for the overall delivery of product roadmaps across multiple product teams
  • Work closely with product owners to refine, estimate and plan future initiatives
  • Manage stakeholders and provide regular updates on key deliveries along with risks and dependencies

Skills & Qualifications
  • Scrum master experience (leading scrum ceremonies and managing sprints)
  • Project/Delivery Management experience (leading implementation of large initiatives)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
