My client is a well-established and well-respected End User organization in the public sector in the UK. Due to growth, my client is looking to hire a Salesforce Business Analyst with experience working with Service & Experience clouds and experience interacting with stakeholders and gathering requirements. Role & Responsibilities
  • Utilize your experience and knowledge of the Salesforce platform to benefit the business
  • You will work closely with delivery managers and the agile delivery team to ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders within the business
  • Work as part of the wider tech team to support the growth of the business

Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience working with Salesforce Service and Experience Cloud in previous roles
  • Salesforce certifications are beneficial (Administrator, Business Analyst or Service Cloud Cert are preferred)
  • Ability to work effectively individually or as part of a team

  • Excellent holiday allowance (28 days holiday + 8 bank holiday days)
