Our client is a successful and well-established organization in the Global IT sector that is looking to hire a Salesforce Administrator to join their growing team. Primarily working on Salesforce systems the Global IT team that you will be working on supports 2,3000 users across 15 offices worldwide.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a high-quality operational and technical application and system support across the applications
- Maintain a good working relationship with internal departments
- Adopt the use of Jira and Confluence on a daily basis
Skills & Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification and proven knowledge of configuration, integration, and customization
- Exposure to Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal
- Flexible hybrid working (no set days in the office)
