Salesforce FSL Developer

Job Description

My client is a successful End User organization in the UK Property Sector that is looking to hire a Salesforce Developer with strong knowledge of Sales, Service, and Field Service Lightning Clouds (FSL) to join their growing team in the North West.


Role & Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Salesforce Product Manager in planning and delivering continuous improvements and new functionality
• Contribute to the development of the groups digital strategy and roadmap
• Responsible for a team of Salesforce Engineers, planning and allocating work for the team to ensure successful project delivery and meeting of objectives
• Design, test, and implement system improvements in conjunction with the Product Manager, Solution Architects, and Project/Programme Managers to meet business requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• 3-4 years of demonstrable experience in the Salesforce application platform product development and configuration
• Experience in multiple Salesforce project deployments including release and environment management
• Competence with Salesforce technical skill sets (process builder, flows, integrations)
• Experience working on Sales and Service Cloud
• Hands-on experience of managing end-to-end life-cycle process for Salesforce Application development
