
Global tech consulting business requires an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support their internal org, this role is responsible for administering, supporting and maintaining the businesses usage and processes within Salesforce.
Role & Responsibilities
- General Salesforce admin duties such as configuration, maintenance and admin of SF platform, in particular Salesforce CPQ and Pardot.
- Prioritize salesforce related tickets across IT, process and development requests
- Track ticketing KPI's
- Managing integrations and data flows
- Set up and configure sales & service cloud applications
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years hands on Salesforce Admin experience
- Proven experience with Salesforce CPQ and Pardot
- Ideally SF admin certified
- Excellent communication style
