This role sits within their Salesforce Centre of Excellence and will play a key role in shaping Salesforce delivery strategy and assuring the quality of salesforce solutions across their client base.
Role & Responsibilities
Architecting customer centric service solutions across the Salesforce Service cloud, the extended suite of Salesforce products on the platform, and the wider Enterprise Architecture
Experience developing winning proposals, leading bid submissions, and presenting pitches by demonstrating how your solution achieves the customer vision
Leading, mentoring the service cloud specialists in the UK practice.
Skills & Qualifications
Significant experience in architecting Service Cloud capabilities and solutions
Industry experience in salesforce service solution delivery
