Account Manager- Salesforce

My client a boutique partner in the Salesforce ecosystem is looking for an Account Manager to assist the COO in providing exceptional level of account servicing to their clients.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Initially the role will involve coordinating meetings and diary of the COO so will require administrative skills
  • Engage with customers and ensure that their objectives are being met and any pain points addressed
  • Work closely with customers to understand and scope their requirements making sure they are correctly shared with the consulting team.
  • Maintain customer data
  • Work on sales material in partnership with marketing function



Skills & Qualifications
  • Prior experience in an account manager role ideally gained in a software consulting business (prior salesforce experience isn't required)
  • Highly organised individual happy to take on a range of duties and administrative tasks where needed
  • Excellent communication style both written and verbal
