Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the company and stakeholder data strategy for obtaining and maintaining wide-ranging data from both on-line and off-line sources
- Work to develop data integrity is kept to the highest standards
- Create new processes when required to improve efficiency
- General Salesforce administration duties including reporting and analysis.
Skills & Qualifications
- Firm knowledge of the salesforce platform
- Proven ability to turn statistical analysis into practical, effective recommendations for improvement.
- Experience of managing CRM databases and dealing with its various contracts
