Role & Responsibilities

• Building processes and managing workflows with multiple
• Help incorporate Pardot Advanced and Tableau into the marketing workflow
• Identifying, diagnosing and resolving technical problems with our Salesforce platform
• Ensure consistency throughout all business areas by building key reports and dashboards
• Assisting colleagues with recommendations on the use of best practices for Salesforce functionality and approached to business solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Good understanding of Pardot
• Basic understanding of Tableau
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to problem-solve as well as innovate and find solutions
• Spanish language skills would be a plus
