Role & Responsibilities
  • Identifying, diagnosing and resolving technical problems with our Salesforce platform
  • Assisting colleagues with recommendations on the use of best practices for Salesforce functionality and approached to business solutions.
  • Assist with the re-implementation and transformation of Salesforce across the business
  • Show an ability to learn concepts from more experienced colleagues and then implement these

Skills & Qualifications
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201)
  • Ability to problem-solve as well as innovate and find solutions
  • Capability to learn and develop alongside more senior Salesforce administrators
  • Experience using Sales and Service Cloud
  • Integration experience a bonus
