Role & Responsibilities
Identifying, diagnosing and resolving technical problems with our Salesforce platform
Assisting colleagues with recommendations on the use of best practices for Salesforce functionality and approached to business solutions.
Assist with the re-implementation and transformation of Salesforce across the business
Show an ability to learn concepts from more experienced colleagues and then implement these
Skills & Qualifications
Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201)
Ability to problem-solve as well as innovate and find solutions
Capability to learn and develop alongside more senior Salesforce administrators
Experience using Sales and Service Cloud
Integration experience a bonus
Flexible working situation (Multiple offices around the UK)
