Job Description

An opportunity to work with a variety of world renowned brands all industry leaders in their respective fields. You'll have the chance to work the whole process in this role, providing concepts and designs to clients and stakeholders and then developing the final solution that may be used by thousand of end users.

Role & Responsibilities
  • 360 role in which you work with clients to understand their business needs as well as then building out that concept alongside the development team.
  • Using various Salesforce apps from the vast ecosystem to quickly plug in new functionality for our client
  • Confident building solutions using declarative tools, supported by Salesforce Lightning and Apex
  • Deal with clients directly, providing clear and effective communication to showcase how your design thinking capabilities will fit the requirements of said clients
  • Operate as an FSL SME to support build the skillset across the DCX practice.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Technical experience covering one or more of the main clouds, Sales, Service or Marketing Cloud
  • Experience of project work with FSL, Field Service, Field Service Lightning
  • Certified to Salesforce Administrator (ADM201), Platform Developer (PD1), at least one Consultant certification as a minimum with evidence of work towards further certification
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas, concepts and solutions to clients
