Role & Responsibilities
Help clients develop Salesforce solutions through Sales and/or Service cloud while adding business value and innovation through your extensive functional knowledge of the Salesforce platform.
Ability to communicate effectively, as this will be a client facing role with a need to deliver complex ideas and concepts when presenting our clients.
Experience with workshop facilitation, interface between the client and our Salesforce consultants making sure their requirements are translated into solutions.

Skills & Qualifications
Certified to Sales Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant/Sales Cloud Consultant/Community Cloud Consultant
Experience of agile project delivery and working as part of a wider team
Proven ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, concepts and solutions to clients in layman's terms
Experience with one or more of the core Salesforce clouds, Sales, Service, Community or Marketing clouds
