Role & Responsibilities
  • Gather business requirements and transform these into User Stories/technical specifications and test cases
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and other integrated system
  • Provide technical expertise in configuring, testing, deploying and documenting applications
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills who can work in a collaborative team environment

Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong Service Cloud experience
  • Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders
  • At least 3 years Salesforce experience
  • Hands on configuration experience including but not limited to Lightning, Flow, Service Cloud Omni Channel/CTI Integration
