Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency's across a multifaceted suite of systems
- Understanding end-user requirements and translating these into clear business and functional specifications
- Liaise between departments on developing long term strategies and improvements
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience with the Salesforce.com platform would be a definite advantage
- Understanding of business processes spanning sales, customer on-boarding, sales forecasting, tenders, quotations and account structures for B2B & B2C models.
