Role & Responsibilities
  • Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies across a multifaceted suite of systems
  • Understanding end-user requirements and translating these into clear business and functional specifications
  • Liaise between departments on developing long term strategies and improvements



Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience with the Salesforce.com platform would be a definite advantage
  • Understanding of business processes spanning sales, customer on-boarding, sales forecasting, tenders, quotations and account structures for B2B & B2C models.
