Job Description
This client offer a wide range of quality and regulatory services to a number of different sectors worldwide and to support this are looking to bring a CRM Manager onboard in their Commercial team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain data integrity within customer records in Salesforce
- Serve as primary administrator for the company's Salesforce instance
- Provide Salesforce support and system/process training for all users
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce Administration experience, including but not limited to SalesCloud, ServiceCloud and ExperienceCloud and third party applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
- Possess previous implementation experience as well as strong configuration skills and automation skills through the use of Flow
