Salesforce Product Owner

Job Description

My client a leading producer of equipment that is synonymous with exceptional performance whenever a technologically advanced, high quality solution is required to ensure reliability and safety. They are looking for a Salesforce Product Owner to come onboard and be the face of Salesforce across the business, managing, coordinating enhancements and changes on the platform.


Role & Responsibilities

• Be the face of Salesforce across the business, working with stakeholders from users to directors to understand their business needs
• Gather requirements, understand the gaps and drive the solution discussions to best resolve the business needs
• Support any Salesforce configuration changes

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 2+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience
• Strong knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud, beneficial to also have exposure to Marketing Cloud
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
